Ayer realizó su primer servicio dentro del Plan COPLA el nuevo helicóptero utilizado por el 061 Murcia como sanitario. Se trata de un Bell109B que ya estuvo en nuestra Región hace dos años sustituyendo a un Dauphin. El servicio consistió en un traslado de Cartagena a Murcia para realizarle una angioplastia primaria a una paciente de 76 años y posterior vuelo de regreso para ingresarla en su UCI de zona. Yo me planteo ¿es correcto utilizar un recurso como el helicóptero para realizar un traslado secundario de regreso a su zona? ¿no existen otras posibilidades como equipos de traslado interhospitalarios o UMEs específicas para traslados? El beneficio del primer viaje de ida a la unidad de angioplastias está fuera de duda. Pero ¿en qué se beneficia al regreso por el tipo de transporte? ¿Merece la pena el riesgo del vuelo cuando se podría demorar el regreso por carretera sin perjudicar a la paciente?

Volvemos a estar en conpleto acuerdo. Es indudable que un paciente con un trazado electrocardiografico de infarto diafragmatico, de menos de una hora de evolución,debe ser trasladado al servicio de hemodimanica a la mayor brevedad, utilizando el medio aéro. La idoniedad del HEMS esta fuera de toda duda.
Tras su estancia en hemodinamica el paciente estable, independientemente de su tratamiento, debe ser trasladado a su centro de referencia. La decisión de efectuar este nuevo traslado por parte del HEMS no es compartida y bajo mi modesto punto de vista incorrecta.
Seamos serios, si existe un centro directivo es para coordinar recursos,priorizar ,planificar actuaciones sanitarias, etc. Lamentablemente esto en ocasiones puede no ser asi. Primam más otros aspectos.
¿Debe tomar la decisión del transporte el equipo sanitario del HEMS?, ¿Hasta qué punto es su responsabilidad?, ¿Es licito legalmente negarse al traslado?...
Parece prudente dejar esa decision en quienes tienen toda la información en su manos, y tras su estudio opten por el tipo de transporte que debe utilizarse. Llegados este punto, debemos confiar en la profesionalidad de quienes , por su cargo de directivo toman decisiones, sean o no compartidas.
Por cierto, La UME Naval estaba desplazada a Los Alcázares cubriendo el Plan Copla.

Por cierto (y en relación al link que has puesto del "061 Murcia"): ¡qué aspecto más lamentable se ofrece cuando se dice por ejemplo que la web está actualizada en Mayo de 2007 y, sin profundizar mucho, ya se observa que le faltan TRES bases...!. Y los circulitos que rodean las ambulancias ¿qué son: isocronas PERFECTAS; son también anfibias las UME de La Manga, Cartagena, Mazarrón y Águilas?.
Si ese es el cuidado que le ponen al aspecto de la "fachada", ¿qué será de puertas adentro? (como todo siga esa línea...)
